JDG Vacuum Freeze Dryer
    The main body of the freeze dryer consists of lyophilization house and quick freezing storehouse. The lyophilization house of the freeze dryer is a horizontal cylinder in which there are layers of heating plates between which material tray suspends. The cooling trap which collects vapor is placed on sides of the cylinder. There are also accessories like material conveying system、vacuum system、feeding system,refrigerating system and monitoring system. From the allocation of the cooling trap, LDG freeze dryer has side-positioning system、back positioning system and outside or back end or outside positioning system.
   When the material is previously treated, it is conveyed by overhead track into quick freezing house for freezing ,and to drying house for sublimating dehydration and then is conveyed to processing workshop for unloading. The heating system provides material with sublimating latent heat and refrigerating system provides quick freezing house and cooling trap with cooling energy.

The Energy Preserving Features 0f LDG Freeze Dryer
Main body: The emulation design made with the software developed by our company makes the systems to have the best proportional relations. Vapor cooling trap system is characteristic of short gas flowing pat low air resistance 、high reynolds number and high heat transfer coefficient. The cooling trap is of strong water collecting function with as high as 99.98% water-collecting rate.
Heating:To shorten sublimation circle is an important way to preserve energy. Because in the peak of sublimation material is dehydrated by 80%, shortening of the sublimation peak is of decisive to shorten sublimation circle. To shorten the sublimation peak, the key is to supply enough sublimating latent heat in the sublimation peak. LDG freeze dryer just meets this with its high efficiency circular heat conducting-oil. Temperature in the heating plates of the dryer can rise fast and it can easily reach 130 C (now, although the heating plates are very hot, all its heat is supplied to the material as sublimating latent heat, material itself is below 0 C. So instead of effecting the quality of the material, it improves the quality of the dried products with shortened processing circle. ) If water is used as heating media, the temperature of the heating plate can only reach maximum 95 .And in sublimating peak it can reach only 60 --70 . As it can not supply enough sublimating latent heat, it leads to the lengthening of sublimating circle by a big margin and accordingly energy consumption increases greatly. And the lengthening of the material processing circle effects quality of freeze dried products.
Refrigerating: The main body of refrigerating system of JDG freeze dryer is piston-cylinder bipolar refrigerating compressor. Under -40 evaporating temperature, the piston-cylinder compressor produces over 30% higher refrigerant than the screw compressor does.(refrigerant per kilowatt power capacity: 0.83 kilowatt for a piston cylinder compressor and 0.64 kilowatt for a screw compressor). In refrigerating process, JDG freeze dryer refrigerates by direct evaporation of liquid ammonia in cooling trap tabulation, liquid ammonia transforming directly. Refrigerant is made with latent heat and much heat is taken away in a instant. While indirect refrigerating is done by liquid ammonia—salt solution—cooling trap tabulation, on one hand, in the course of exchange of the second heat part of the cold energy loses; on the other hand, under the same vaporing temperature, the surface temperature of the cooling trap tabulation which indirectly produces refrigerant is 6 higher than the direct refrigerating cooling trap. Namely, under the same surface temperature of the cooling trap tabulation, the vaporing temperature of indirect refrigerating is lower. So for the machine set, the yield of direct refrigerating is 20% higher than that of indirect refrigerating. Also, indirect refrigerating requires big powered salt water pump (one 200 square meter drying house needs two big-powered salt water pump). And power consumption of the equipment is apparently increased.
Vacuum:The model of “mechanical pump water vapor cooling trap” with high speed pre-drawing machine set and maintenance set. When the former predraws for 20 minutes (vacuum in the house reaches 60Pa), the latter maintains the sublimating course. This ensures short pre-drawing time and the good quality of the material and decreases greatly their energy consumption.
